Vince F.Q. Aguon, President

As co-founder, Mr. Aguon is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Synesi Group’s policies, objectives, and initiatives. As the primary investment manager, he oversees all strategies, evaluation, and selection of investment opportunities for the firm’s investment programs. Prior to Synesi Group, Mr. Aguon has been serving in the real estate industry for 20 years. Since that time he has gained tremendous insight, knowledge, and experience all of which are invaluable and needed within the scope of this firm. He has successfully closed $30 million in transactions to date, managed more than 200,000 square feet of industrial space, managed and trained numerous junior and senior sales representatives, and earlier in his career was successful in establishing market presence for a former real estate employer. Mr. Aguon also serves as an investment consultant and real estate advisor to a major engineering corporation. 

 

 

Jon W. Castro, Vice President

As co-founder, Mr. Castro oversees all operational and administrative aspects for the firm. Directs the development of the firm to ensure future growth, and is responsible for site projects, due diligence, short and long term financial and operational goals. Prior to Synesi Group, Mr. Castro served in the U.S. Navy's Submarine Warfare community for nine years.  During his last command in the Navy, he successfully served as the assistant lead and project manager for the submarine combat systems department.  Recognized for numerous accomplishments, he capped off his naval career by receiving the Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his effective leadership, managerial ability, and in saving the Navy hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary project costs.  Mr. Castro also serves as a senior business analyst and consultant for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DoN) on behalf of a major global management and consulting firm. He holds a B.S. in Business Management.
